What’s been going on at Homemade on a Weeknight?
This week was all about the wild blackberries and elderberry harvest! We were able to harvest, pull, clean and freeze just over 30 pounds of elderberries this year. And roughly 8 pounds of blackberries. I have already made some delicious Wild Blackberry muffins from sourdough discard. And I’ll be turning a few pounds of the elderberries into elderberry jelly soon. What’s your favorite berry to forage?
