A hot melted cheese dip with ranch seasoning and plenty of dill pickle chunks!
I’m a big fan of dill pickles and they work well in snacks such as dill pickle chips, fried dill pickles and this dip pickle dip! This is a hot melted cheese dip with a base of cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, mayo and sour cream along with plenty of chopped chunks of dill pickles! (I like to add a hit of ranch seasoning to kick up the flavour!) This dip is as easy to make as mixing everything and either enjoying it at room temperature or baking it until the cheese is all melted, ooey, gooey and good! You can change things up in a number of ways with some of my favourites being: adding red pepper flakes for a spicy dill pickle version, topping the dip with panko breadcrumbs for a crispy fried pickle version, adding bacon, etc.! No matter how you make it, this ranch dill pickle dip is the perfect snack for game day!
